This one's about a guy named Kirishima, who recruits women - and men, presumably - to act in porn movies. His company produces all sorts "except heavy S&M, beastiality, and child porn"... Anyway, Kirishima happens to find a flashy foreigner on the streets. 'Clarence' (I know, right?) begs Kirishima to take him in because he has amnesia and has nowhere to go. Kirishima isn't the type to cater to an unwanted guest, but somehow he relents.
After a while, it appears that Kirishima's porn company is battling another for the top ratings and top money. There's a whole big mafia subplot going on, and multiple people get kidnapped and rescued - you know, the usual. Eventually the mafia guys get Clarence, just after Kirishima has found out that the man has healing powers (and has also been thoroughly kissed by him). Kirishima then tries to rescue Clarence but is badly wounded. However, Clarence sprouts angel wings and saves the day.
The art is all right but isn't terribly sophisticated.
The plot, as described above, is rather lackluster. If any of the numerous subplots had been more focused, that could have led to good things. Unfortunately, much of it seemed tacked on, especially the angel wings (the rest of the healing powers I could kinda buy, but not that).
The characters are pretty amusing, but they tend to go out of character at odd moments. I'm not sure if this makes them realistic or unrealistic, actually. But it did confuse me a little, so points off.
There wasn't any full-on sex in this one, so it has to be marked down. But if there had, it would have probably been decent.
All in all, 28.5/40.
Recommendation: If you like mafia yaoi? With porn-producing undertones?
